Our Gift Cards, available in both digital and physical formats, can be used to book a massage, facial, or body treatment at your preferred location within the cities where we operate. Purchase and redemption are quick and easy through our website or mobile app.
You choose how to send your gift:
• Digital: instant delivery via email.
• Physical: presented in a special package and delivered to the address you provide.
Note: Depending on the location, an additional transportation fee for the therapist may apply. Services are subject to availability in the area.

How do Scape treatments work?
With Scape, you can book massages, facials, and body treatments at your favorite place—home, office, or private space—any day of the week, including holidays, during the following hours:
• Mexico: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Colombia: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Chile: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Dominican Republic: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Simply choose your treatment, select a date and address, and one of our therapists will arrive with everything needed, including the massage table. Check full city availability here

How long does it take to receive a physical Gift Card?
Delivery of a physical Gift Card may take 3 to 5 business days.
For instant delivery or to schedule the delivery for a specific date, we recommend our digital Gift Card.

How can I redeem a Gift Card?
You have two options:
1. When booking a service:
• Register on our app or website.
• Select your desired service, duration, massage type, therapist preference, date, time, and address.
• In the "Price Details" section, select "Redeem gift code", enter your card’s unique code, and click "Redeem".
• The total will update to reflect the applied balance.
2. Through your Scape Wallet:
• Enter your card code in your Wallet.
• When booking, choose "Use Wallet balance" in "Price Details".
• The system will automatically deduct the available balance.

Can someone else use the Gift Card I gave?
Yes. Gift Cards have a unique code that can be used by anyone who has it. However, once the card is redeemed into a Wallet account, the balance can only be used by that account holder.

When does my Gift Card expire?
Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
